Balay Mindanaw Kalambuan Center (BMKC) is a development center that provides support
services for both the community and the members of the Balay Mindanaw Group, including the Katilingbanong Pamahandisa
Mindanaw Foundation Inc.(KPMFI), Global Mindanaw Polytechnic Inc.(GMPI), and the Global Mindanaw Agri-ventures,
The Kalambuan Center believes that gathering places are the core of communities.
They are where businesses build relationships with partners, where students and teachers share knowledge and skills,
where members of the community find common goals and work towards common ground. Because of this, the Kalambuan Center
offers a peaceful ambiance and modern facilities perfect for meetings, trainings, seminars, and workshops.
As a training ground for the Global Mindanaw Polytechnic, Inc. (GMPI), the Kalambuan
Center is manned and maintained with the help of world-class graduates and trainees in courses such as housekeeping
and massage therapy.
The Kalambuan Center also does its best to give back to our communities. Not
only are we open for community activities and dialogue, we also open our facilities to our neighboring flood-prone
community of Barangay 23, Gingoog City as an evacuation center.
We also strive to contribute to the shared vision of the Balay Mindanaw Group,
which is equity, development, and peace in Mindanaw, the Philippines and the World.
Next time you need a place for training, business, or just a gathering place
to help build your community, we hope you consider the Balay Mindanaw Kalambuan Center.

believe passionately in.
We believe in introducing innovations to change the rules of the game if we believe that these
rules are unjust and favors only a few.
As we lead, we focus on problem solving and avoid problem passing.
We will strive hard to offer solutions to problems that are considered difficult to solve

Apart from being innovators, we choose to break accepted norms that we think are past their
relevance and have been supporting the unjust status quo.
We introduce countercultures that we feel and think will level the playing field for the poor.
In this way, we revolutionize how we feel, look, and act on things
6. We have the Heart of Volunteers
We consider ourselves volunteers not just because we are working in non-profit, non-government organizations.
Before employment, all of us have had the opportunity to volunteer in Mindanawon communities.
We believe that the spirit of volunteerism drives us to be more efficient, effective, and productive
in all of the challenges that we have to face.
We believe that providing our communities with quality services is far more important than any monetary gain.
7. We are Spiritual
We believe that having the heart and culture of volunteerism makes us spiritually grounded in our
daily encounters with challenges and difficulties.
